Gautam Macker – Gautam graduated from Hindu College in BSC Electronics and later joined MBA in International Business at Fore School of Management with affiliation from Maastricht University, Netherlands. He joined his family business of manufacturing dish washing racks for all major hotel chains in India and Nepal. Currently, he handles the key role of Finance, Production and strategic planning & Product Development at The Homemakers.

Neeti Macker : A Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing) from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Neeti did her PGDBM( Marketing and Finance) from FORE school of Management. He worked in the corporate world for a few years along with serving a role as a  visiting faculty in Retail and Direct Marketing with some business schools in Delhi. She later quit all of these to follow her passion to do something new and unique on her own. Neeti ventured into the unknown world of Modular Kitchens, which in 1998 was a novel concept. Under her able leadership, The Homemakers set up one of its kind specialized showroom in the heart of Delhi’s interiors and marble market with 8 kitchens on display.
